Children in the city are being encouraged to show their creativity for Darren’s Christmas Card competition.
Darren is inviting children in key stage 1 and 2 across the constituency to come up with a design for his first official Christmas cards.
Three designs will be chosen to feature on Darren’s cards which will be delivered to thousands of homes across Southampton Itchen, MPs and even the Prime Minister!
The three winners will also receive four tickets each to go see the Jack and the beanstalk panto at the Mayflower Theatre!
Any child in key stages 1 & 2 in the constituency can submit their design on A5 or A4 paper (sorry, no glitter or glued objects please as they can’t be scanned).
Submissions should be sent by post or email to Darren Paffey MP, House of Commons, London SW1A 0AA or [email protected] by Friday 15 November, together with the child’s first name, age and school with contact details of parents or guardians.

What they come up with is entirely up to them – whether they want to show what Christmas means to them, celebrate some city landmarks, or apply some festive sparkle to the Houses of Parliament.
